How this compares

Wisevu, a Canadian SEO agency, reports that SEO in Canada typically costs $3,000 to $5,000 CAD a month, and says most Toronto agencies charge in that range. Our Faceoff plan starts below it; Full Season sits near its top.

What each plan covers is set out on Toronto SEO, Canada SEO, local search and technical SEO.

Line changes: a month on each plan

PeriodTypical month
FaceoffThe site's setup corrected through tickets your developer works from, a single Google listing watched and updated, a handful of important pages rewritten, and a report each month
Power PlayAll of Faceoff, plus new category, guide or store pages, French page set-up where needed, and CASL-ready sign-up forms
Full SeasonAll of Power Play across up to three locations or brands, a Law 25 tracking review each quarter, and quarterly planning

The opening month is busier than the rest, because it carries the site review findings and the first fixes; that is included in the plan price.

Picking your period

Faceoff fits one store or one site that needs its foundations put right before anything else. Power Play fits a business ready to grow beyond one city or into French. Full Season fits groups with several stores, brands or sites across provinces, where keeping everything consistent is half the work. Once you have read the free site review the right period is normally clear, and if Faceoff covers what you need, we will recommend it.

Off the ice: not part of any plan

  • Building the changes, which your developer or platform does from our tickets.
  • French translation itself, which we can quote separately or arrange with a Quebec writer.
  • Age verification itself; we help choose a provider, but the service is theirs.
  • Opinions on licensing, CASL, Law 25 or Bill S-209 that only a lawyer can give.

The fine print, in one paragraph

Plans are invoiced monthly in Canadian dollars at the rate on your quote. A three, six or twelve month term holds the reduced rate for its full length; month to month costs more and has no minimum. Once any committed term has ended, either side can stop with thirty days' written notice. Our terms set this out in full.

How Canadian clients usually start

Single-location stores and new online shops tend to begin on Faceoff for a term of three months, then move to Power Play once the foundations are sound and French or national pages are next. Groups with several provinces or brands usually start on Full Season. Changing period at the end of a term is simple; we agree the new scope in writing first.

Never included

  • Work for escort services or sexual-services advertising
  • Bought reviews or links
  • Promised rankings or map positions
  • Help getting round age checks

Questions

How do your prices compare with other Canadian agencies?

Wisevu, a Canadian agency, puts typical SEO in Canada at $3,000 to $5,000 CAD a month. Our plans start below that range and reach its upper end.

Are taxes included?

No. Your invoice lists GST or HST separately wherever it is due.

Is French translation included?

Setting up French pages and their links is part of Power Play and Full Season. The translation itself is quoted separately, or done by your own translator.

Can we pause or change plans?

Yes. Changes take effect when a term ends, or after thirty days' notice if you pay month to month.
