Terms of service
Valid from
These terms govern use of torontosearchlab.online, free site reviews, and every SEO plan purchased from TorontoSearchLab.
1Provider
Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a company formed in India, runs TorontoSearchLab; its registered particulars are printed on each quote and invoice. Any query about these terms can be emailed to hello@torontosearchlab.online. Our working principles are on the about page.
2Eligible clients
Plans are sold to businesses only. We accept lawful adult businesses in Canada, including stores, licensed venues, platforms with age verification, and suppliers. We refuse escort services and anyone advertising sexual services, and we may end an engagement without notice if we learn a client is one, or is operating without a licence or age check the law requires.
3Practices we refuse
Showing search engines content that visitors cannot reach, advising on ways around age checks or blocks, creating listings for premises that do not exist, and buying or writing reviews. These apply whoever asks.
4What each plan includes
A plan includes the work listed for it on the pricing page, as restated in your quote. Website development, advertising, link building, translation and legal advice are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
5Results
Rankings belong to the search engines, which revise their systems without notice. Our promise is diligent, competent work on what was agreed; we cannot commit to particular rankings, map positions, traffic or revenue.
6Fees and taxes
- Plans are invoiced monthly in Canadian dollars at the rate in your quote.
- Month to month: cancel with thirty days' written notice.
- Set term: the reduced rate applies for the three, six or twelve months chosen, and fees for that full period are payable.
- GST or HST is added where it applies. Payment is due fourteen days from the invoice date.
7Your responsibilities
- Operating lawfully, with any licence or age verification your business requires.
- Giving accurate information about your business, premises, prices and products.
- Providing access and approvals on time, and obtaining your own legal advice.
8Confidentiality and ownership
Each party protects the other's confidential information. Once invoices are paid, pages and material produced for you belong to you; our checklists, templates and methods remain ours. Personal information is covered separately by our privacy policy.
9Liability
Liability that cannot legally be limited is not limited. Beyond that, the total we could owe for claims arising in any year will not exceed one quarter's fees paid immediately before the claim, and neither party is liable for lost profits, indirect loss, or the decisions of search engines, platforms or regulators.
10Termination
After any committed term, either party may end the arrangement with thirty days' written notice. Either may end it at once for a serious breach not fixed within fourteen days of written notice, or immediately for breach of the eligibility rules above.
11Applicable law
Indian law applies to these terms and Indian courts will settle disputes, unless a quote signed by both parties states otherwise.
